Mentoring

Pathways mentoring provides personalized support which helps students to navigate their academic journey and/or personal development. Our one-to-one guidance (including active mentoring) supports mentees in identifying strengths, overcoming challenges, and working towards academic and/or personal goals. We don't just impart information, we develop life skills, confidence, and self-belief.
Working with families, we offer a range of strategies which support building/rebuilding relationships, and providing family members (such as parents, guardians, and carers) with the opportunity to address issues within the family home. This can be particularly impactive if/when more than one family member is identified as having complex issues.
Pathways Mentors/Educators:

-
Empower mentees, increasing motivation, confidence and self-esteem
-
Encourage personal growth/development and positive change
-
Mentor (whole) families - providing guidance and support to parents and carers which can help in fostering better communication between family members
